The tournament is a real-time event against other players. The green coloured numbers in tournament leaderboard indicate that those players are actively playing in tournament. If you achive position and leave the game for a while it is normal that you will be on lower position later, as other players have collected dragons while you were away.
Try running the game on different browser if you are constantly getting errors. Chrome and Firefox should usually work fine. In Internet Explorer and Edge the game might get slow over time.
Close all other pages/tab's and programs, clean browsers cache and reload the game. Do not switch the tabs until the game has finished loading.
If the game still freezes or fails to load, send us feedback before reloading the game!
Sometimes it might take a little while for coins to reach your account after the purchase. Since all payments go through Facebook, we cannot make it any faster.
If you run out of boosters during your game, you can buy them for your coins. If you do not want to spend your coins on in-game boosters, pay attention to the number shown beside the booster. If the symbol of coin and price appears, you are out of boosters and can buy new ones only for coins.
Currently, sending and receiving gifts in the game is unavailable due to adjustments by Facebook. We apologize for the inconveniences.
If you are stuck in the roadblock and no one of your friends have responded, you can advance if you play the quest games.
Once one of your friends has helped you, he/she cannot help you with the quest the second time.
If you have trouble seeing the tiles, you can opt for a new set from the Market or zoom-in in your browser. Our game does not support full screen option currently.
